Opening Hours, Advice & Services

Greenwich Students' Union Opening Hours

Your Students' Union will be open until 5pm on Friday 19th December 2025 on all campuses. We will be re-opening on Monday 5th January 2026.

Our outlets will close to students at the end of term, on the 15th December 2025. This includes:

- Lower Deck
- Greenwich Lookbook (merch store)
- Tudor Café
- The Hill
- The Deep End

The Deep End and Lower Deck re-open for students at the start of the new term, on the 12th January 2026.

Both venues will be available for private parties and external bookings from 16th-19th December 2025 and 5th-12th January 2026.

Greenwich Lookbook merch store will re-open on the 12th January 2026.

The Tudor Café will reopen on 12th January 2026.

All of our Staff team will be having a development day on Thursday 18th December. This means that all services will be closed for that day.

Advice Service

The Advice Service will be closing over the Winter Break, from 5pm, Friday 19th December 2025 to Monday 5th January 2026, in line with the Union closure.

During this time, they will not be responding to student enquiries.

Wrap Your Presents With GSU: 12th December noon - 4pm; Join us in the Dome where will be providing all you need to wrap your presents for your loved ones!

Parol Night: 12th December 6pm - 9pm; 11_2008; From crafting parols to sharing plates, we’re celebrating winter and the end of the term the Filipino way—bright, festive, and together.

Cookie Decorating: 16th December 10am - 2pm; Atrium, Dreadnought Building; It’s not christmas without some sweet treats - unwind for the term with some festive baked good. Ready, steady, Decorate!
