University of Greenwich Psychedelic Society

Who are we?

Our mission is to create a safe and respectful space for open dialogue, education, and exploration of psychedelics and altered states of consciousness. We aim to challenge the stigma surrounding these substances by fostering informed, evidence-based discussions and promoting harm reduction practices. Through our society's activities, we strive to:

Share and spread information concerning psychedelic compounds and altered states of consciousness; provide a platform for communication between members of this society and other interested parties; and to increase awareness of research and theoretical models related to consciousness and the psychedelic experience.

Our society is a diverse and inclusive community of students who share a profound curiosity about the human mind, spirituality, and the potential for personal growth.

We aim to hold regular informal meetings every two weeks, usually Friday afternoon in the Lower Deck Bar (under Dreadnought building). We also hold regular talks with the leading experts in the field of psychedelic research and arrange workshops exploring the legal alternatives for experiencing altered states of consciousness. Become a member and join our mailing list or follow us on instagram keep up to date with upcoming events!

Once you join the society. You will be invited into our whatsapp group by one of our admins.

Open to students and non-students!
