The University of Greenwich Paramedic Science Society is run by BSc (Hons) Paramedic Science students. The society is normally a mix of all three years of the program based at the Avery Hill Campus in Eltham, South East London. The students that run the society are not paid, profits made go back into the society, allowing for a greater range of events and activities.
Our 2 main aims are simple: we want to enhance the pre-hospital learning experience & create opportunities for social interaction between cohorts and courses.
The society aims to host a number of Academic Forums, CPD days, Clinical Governance Days, Guest Speakers and more throughout the year, along with various social events!
The Paramedic Science Society is aimed at anyone who has an interest in the assessment and management of patients in the pre-hospital environment. While this is predominately aimed at Paramedic Science students, we actively encourage students from other healthcare courses at the University of Greenwich to get involved.
