function as a friendly, accepting student group for anyone who is interested in meditation and organise regular guided meditation sessions to reduce stress, and to help you experience deep states of meditation.
to provide a healthy counterbalance for all UoG students to the stresses of university life.
to create the opportunity for all UoG students to experience meditation and the benefits for its practice
to use meditation as a tool to improve the general wellbeing of us as a student community.
