University questions answered!

Here are some important links to University information that might answer any questions you might have!

How do I find my timetable?

Just visit https://timetable.gre.ac.uk . You can access this from the 'Teaching timetable' link on the My Learning tab of the portal.

Click here for more information on timetables.

What about my Welcome Week Faculty timetable?

This is accessible via the University Portal - login and there'll be a box there with the details!

When can I collect my ID card?

This is also known as your Student ID card, or Greenwich Gateway card.

If you're a new student, you can collect your card sometime over the next few weeks - there are allocated slots for halls and Faculties. Click here and visit the section that says 'Card Collection times' to find out when your slot is.

If you're a continuing student, you won't need to get another card. However, to retain access to University services, you must complete online registration each year. If you have returned after an interruption to your studies or need your card extended because you are repeating part of your course, please contact your Student Centre between 09:30 and 12:00 only.

What is the University doing to be Covid-safe?

There are a range of measures in place to keep you safe when you're on campus, and things you can do also such as wearing a face covering, social distancing and regularly washing and sanitising your hands. For all the information about the University guidelines, please visit their Covid-safe page.

How do I get a bus ticket to get to Medway?

There are no longer paper tickets needed for the Medway bus. From Monday 14 September all journeys on the Medway service must be purchased and booked online. To purchase tickets and book your space on the coach register online with your e-mail address. If you have any unused paper tickets please e-mail travel@gre.ac.uk with a photo of the ticket to request a refund.

To find out more about all the University bus services, visit the University website.
