Greenwich Students’ Union has now opened the nominations for any student to put themselves forward to be the next leaders of the Students’ Union.
The nomination period is open from Monday 18 January 12pm and will close on Friday 5 February!
This is your opportunity to stand for a GSU Officer role (full-time, paid) or for an NUS Delegate position (part-time, unpaid).
The person with the most votes in the GSU Officer election will be offered the role of President of the Students’ Union.
The GSU Elections take place in March online and will be over four days.
Our Democracy Coordinator Henry Setter welcomes students to ask him more about the roles, if you are thinking about running for GSU Officer or NUS Delegate, talk to Henry for more information or attend a Thinking of Running session.
The GSU Officers run on a manifesto and aim to support the student priorities and focus on the student experience for the 2021/22 academic year.
This is a perfect way to find out exactly what the job really is! Simply get in touch with him on social media or email firstname.lastname@example.org.
