The Student voice administrative assistant plays a pivotal role in supporting the efficient functioning of representation within the Students' Union. This position involves diverse responsibilities centred around managing administrative tasks, facilitating communication and ensuring the effective representation of students' voices.
Key responsibilities include - managing shared inbox, feedback collection and review, management of spreadsheets and trackers and other general administrative support.
This role requires someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and possesses excellent communication and administrative abilities to ensure the smooth operation of student voice programs and the representation of student interests within the university or institution.
