Responsibilities

• Attend the mandatory briefing at the beginning of the day to ensure you are fully prepared for spectator arrival.
• Ensuring a warm welcome on arrival to any guests visiting the Valley as part of the event.
• Signposting and giving directions to ensure a safe and seamless running of the day.
• Providing any other relevant information on the day (You will be fully briefed and have an information document to work from).
• Report any unusual activity and/or incidents to relevant staff members to ensure the safety of both staff and attendees.
• Liaising with Charlton Athletic club staff and assisting with other operations and tasks on the day as required.

Any other reasonable tasks associated with general event/match day stewarding.
