Start Strong, Stay Strong is a student development programme run in collaboration with the University of Greenwich to provide a platform and bring students who identify as students of colour together. The programme aims to provide a safe space for students to connect and establish a network of people that will uplift, celebrate and support one another.

In this session, we will be talking about the work that the University of Greenwich and GSU have been doing to close the BAME Awarding Gap recently, including an outline of the Inlcusive Curriculum Framework - designed to ensure that education at Greenwich reflects the diverse experiences of its students. We will also be outlining what specific actions you can take to make your voice heard on this issue, and close the gap.

This event will be taking place in-person subject to changes in Government guidance, and there will be a further online event running 16:30-17:30 for those who cannot attend.
