WHAT IS HAPPINESS ?
We will explore different ways to be happy and why people choose different ways to become happy, what's important to some is not important to others. What is clear however, is that we all want to be happy.
In this session we will start with introducing ourselves to you, followed by a short meditation (5 minutes) to help us all settle in, all you need to do is relax and listen.
We then ask for your feedback of the experience, just one word in the group chat and then we invite anyone that wants to share a bit more about how it was for them, to speak for a couple of minutes, no pressure to.
We will show a short video to explain the concept of mindfulness.
We will then look at some images to kick start a discussion about Happiness.
We will share some short videos related to happiness to stimulate thought and discussion. We will explore how the mind and circumstances affect our mood.
