Fitness fun with hula hoops! Complete beginners and fitness fanatics alike can have a go at a HulaFit class. Hula hooping is great for your core - working 30 different core muscles! It's not just about the core though; hula hooping is a full-body cardio workout that's great for balance, coordination, posture and burning calories. A hula hoop is also a powerful tool for boosting your mood as well as your body. Exercise releases endorphins and focusing on spinning that hoop is great for stress relief. Ultimately, it's all about the fun factor - there's an undeniable childish enjoyment that comes from playing with hula hoops that never fails to bring a smile!
