Mindfulness Monday: Pranayama: Lions Breath, Brahmari & Kapalabhati

Together we will practice a variety of 'energy controls' or breath awareness to draw our focus into our body, our breath and slow ourselves down. These styles of breath can become part of your self-care routine or a way to pause, think and reset yourself in stressful or anxious situations
