Breaking down the ‘Warrior’- Yoga Workshop Focusing on Warrior 1,2 and 3
Slow flow and breakdown of the three warrior poses in vinyasa yoga
Slow yoga practice allowing participants to unmute and ask questions throughout. Starting with a 5-10minute description of the three poses we will focus on and 1-hour yoga practice. In this workshop we will flow through a sequence of warrior of poses, breaking down what feels best in your body today and how to make adjustments suitable for you. This will be a practice that involves a lot of Q&A to ensure everyone feels comfortable with their pose. By focusing on these strong poses, we will work together to support and strengthen the mind, body and soul. This workshop is suitable for all levels.
Participants will be asked to wear comfortable clothing.
