Mindfulness Monday: Celebrate Spring Yoga & Wellbeing Workshop

- 45min Detoxifying Holistic Yoga Flow
- 5-minute comfort break
- 10minute Mindfulness practice for Spring- cleaning and clearing your mind, body and home.
- 20minute ‘Hope & Optimism’ Yoga Nidra practice to support your mindfulness
- 10minute Q&A.

In the Yoga Flow session, we will flow through a sequence to wring out and massage the digestive system for a thorough spring cleaning while creating steadiness and presence to consciously prepare to renew. Next, we will take a journey into mindfulness practice, preparing our mind, body and home for a spring clean.

It would be helpful to bring a journal as I will provide prompts that you can take away with you and continue in the weeks after this workshop. Celebrate Spring Yoga & Wellbeing Workshop Finally we will end with a meditation (Yoga Nidra) focusing on ‘Hope & Optimism’ as well as some time after to discuss anything that arises or any questions you may have.

Participants will be required to bring a pen & paper (something to write on) and asked to wear comfortable clothing. Participants will leave feeling refreshed and relaxed with newfound knowledge on how to remain optimistic in difficult situations as well as the ability to support themselves in hard times.
