A grounding mindfully paced practice to 'stretch and reset'. A Flow inspired class open to all levels, aiming to help you build a connection between breath and movement through a creative sequence. Options will be offered for slightly challenging poses as well as plenty of opportunities to take rest and follow your own rhythm.
Make sure you have a towel or mat and bottle of water.
