Join Ian Fischer from your kitchen where he will be making a delicious two-course plant-based meal. A Plant-Based Burger with all the trimmings, a vegan coleslaw, all finished off with a dairy-free lemon cheesecake.

The cookery school started in January 2017. Classes were hosted on Saturday mornings in my kitchen however in March this year, I had to move classes online only. These have proven to be more popular than I expected, especially for those who have been isolating which, for some, is their only real contact with other people during the periods of lockdown.
