The first of a four sessions to exploring the best ways to ensuring good mental health.
A short course for any undergraduate student looking to learn more about managing mental health at university. The course will introduce students to different tools and techniques they and their friends can use to look after themselves. In the group sessions students will be able to practise these with the support of a Mind trainer and a small group of peers.
