Wednesday 11th - Wednesday 18th March 2026

What would you change if you were Vice Chancellor for a day?

Join us in a week-long campaign as we ask students what changes they would make to improve their University experience.

Your response will help develop a series of recommendations for the University that the GSU Sabbatical Officers can champion on your behalf.

This is the perfect opportunity to have your voice heard! There are plenty of ways to get involved. Read on to learn more about Speak Week and how to have your voice heard.

GSU represents your academic interests.

Step 1: Listen

During Speak Week, we’re inviting students to share their ideas by answering one simple question:

“What would you do if you were Vice Chancellor for a day?”

Submit your response by clicking on the digital postcard below by end of day Wednesday 18th March 2026.

Step 2: Report

We will review and analyse all responses to identify the key themes and publish a Speak Week report for both students and University staff to read. Check back here.

Step 3: Action

Greenwich Students’ Union will take these priorities forward in discussions with senior University leaders and use them to inform our lobbying and campaigns.
