This initiative aims to recognise the brilliance, perseverance, and innovation displayed by female members of staff across various disciplines, from the sciences to the arts, and everything in between.

By acknowledging and highlighting their contributions, Limitless Potential seeks to inspire future generations, break down barriers, and foster an inclusive environment that empowers women to reach their full potential.
