The purpose of the Retail and Sales Supervisor is to: Overseeing and optimising the daily operations of our retail outlet. You are entrusted with the responsibility of ensuring the smooth functioning of the shop floor, from managing deliveries to maximizing sales potential through effective visual merchandising. Your primary focus is to create a positive and engaging environment for both customers and staff, fostering a space where merchandise is attractively displayed, priced accurately, and customer service is of the highest standard.
