This event provides students with a comprehensive overview of the key stages involved in becoming a barrister.

The session will explain the route from academic study through to pupillage, offering practical insight into what is required at each stage of the process. Students will gain an introduction to the Bar Practice Course, the structure and importance of Inns of Court scholarships, the competitive pupillage application process, and the ULaw selection process.

The talk is designed to ensure attendees understand what chambers are looking for and feel informed and confident when preparing their applications.
