This March, GSU is partnering with the University of Greenwich, Team Greenwich and Team Medway to support the This Girl Can campaign. We’re raising awareness of the barriers women face when participating in sport and creating more opportunities for women to get involved.

As part of this campaign, we’re hosting a Women’s Only Gym session at Greenwich. This session offers a welcoming space for women to build confidence in the gym and enjoy a supportive environment to train in.

This event is open to all women — including cis women, trans women, and non‑binary people who feel comfortable in a women‑centred space.

Join us for a relaxed, inclusive gym session designed to help women feel empowered and comfortable exploring fitness at their own pace.
