Take a breather from the buzz of Welcome Week with Relax & Refresh, a calm, friendly day designed to help you recharge and connect.
Start the morning with a delicious Welcome Brunch with FES, then unwind with mindful crafting sessions, join a gentle wellbeing walk, and explore other relaxing activities to clear your head and lift your mood. It’s all about slowing down, meeting people in a laid-back setting, and giving yourself a moment to reset.
When: Thursday 18th September 11am - 5pm

Who’s it for? All Medway students – whether you’re a mindfulness pro or just curious to try something new, you’re welcome.
