The BAME Society aims to support University of Greenwich’s (UoG’s) students of African, Caribbean, Arab, Asian and other Minority ethnic (BAME) descent.



Who are we?

 

 

Mission Statement

Our purpose is to help boost BAME students’ and BAME societies’ voices while assisting GSU’s efforts in facilitating an ethnically inclusive environment within the university.

 

 

Objectives

  • Help BAME students create positive change within the university pertaining to ethnic, cultural and social matters.
  • Encourage a stronger representation of BAME students in the UoG and GSU.
  • Create a safe, informative community for BAME students where they can express their academic, cultural, social and/or professional concerns.
