Take a break from the pressures of university life and join us at Avery Hill for a unique wellbeing experience with Wild Science. This drop-in de-stress session is designed to give you a genuine opportunity to relax, unwind, and take some time out during the busy day.

You'll have the chance to meet and interact with a fascinating range of animals, including mammals, reptiles, amphibians, and invertebrates. Everything is completely optional, so you can choose to hold and handle the animals, stroke them, ask questions, or simply watch and enjoy the experience from a distance. Animal interaction has been shown to help reduce stress and anxiety, making this session more than just a fun activity. This event provides a genuine wellbeing intervention and an opportunity to step away from studies, recharge, and reset in a relaxed and supportive environment.

Whether you're an animal enthusiast or simply looking for a calm break in your day, come along to the Dome and experience the benefits of spending time with some of Wild Science's amazing animals.

All students welcome!
