Join Global Greenwich in collaboration with UoG BAME Staff Network, Bollywood Society and Hindu Society for an awesome Diwali celebration filled with traditional activities, performances, and delicious food! The Festival of Lights will feature a range of engaging stalls and cultural experiences that showcase the beauty of Diwali.

Dress code: Tradational Indian Attire / Dressed for celebration

This event is open to all and offers a wonderful opportunity to celebrate the essence of Diwali. Expect music, performances, crafts and a few extra surprises through the day.

Capacity for this event is limited, so grab a free ticket to secure your place. Participation cannot be guaranteed without a ticket.

Staff tickets are available - these are for UoG or GSU staff wanting to attend the event for part of the day. staff ticket holders will be sent event information to your university email address to keep you in the loop with all timings for the day. 

Venue & Travel Information 

The Atrium is located on the ground floor of the Dreadnought Building - the main building of the Students Union.
