Aim

To have all additional costs students face at University either made transparent or removed. 

Students living in London have a tough time with finances. An added factor in this is additional costs. What is an additional cost? An additional cost for a student can be anything from as small as stationary to something as large as a field trip. These extra costs all add up and can cause some serious financial issues for students. The Cut the Costs campaign is looking to achieve a reduction in the overall cost of being a student. This includes the removal or reduction fees/charges for things such as internet, electricity and end of year damages, extra allowance on printing. But we need you to let us know what extra costs you’ve faced while been at university! 

We have submitted a paper to the Universities Student Experience Committee which was accepted and means we are now working alongside the Universities Chief Operating Officer to investigate costs that can be removed.
