Head of Commercial Services

GSU turn over c.£1m through our commercial services that provide services to students, staff and the local community. We provide students at the University of Greenwich (University and Kent and Canterbury Christ Church University at Medway) and their partner colleges with social spaces to study, make friends, and have fun.

This role is an exciting opportuntiy for someone lead the commercial team and deliver all enterprise and income generation activities from students and external partners at GSU including, but not exclusive to, 500 capacity venue and Merchandise store in Greenwich, convenience store and pop up bar in Eltham, 400 capacity venue in Medway, media sales, merchandising sales (including online) and grant income.

Senior Sports Coordinator

Salary:  £26, 907 - £27, 042
Location: Avery Hill, with some travel to Greenwich/Medway as needed by GSU. GSU support flexible working where possible and currently implements a minimum of 3 days working in the office. However for this role during peak times in the academic year, there will be expectations to work further days in the office to support students and campus team.

This is an exciting role which will be responsible for overseeing smooth delivery of sport across UoG facilitating the BUCS, LUSSL and competitions throughout the academic year. Enhancing the recreational sport programme (GSUmove) and provide further opportunity to students. This role will provide high-quality support for Sports Clubs ensuring that Team Greenwich & Team Medway is a leading club sports programme within the London & Kent University region,
