External hires in the Lower Deck are available on weekends only.
All bookings must be for the full bar.
The charge for full bar hire is £1,500 (inclusive of VAT) with any food/drink costs on top.
Hire times are between 12pm to 12am (later openings times are offered but subject to availability)
All bookings must be confirmed four weeks before event date, with venue hire and any corkage fees paid in full.
The venue can hold up to 500 people due to its capacity; up to 500 people can be catered to for all events also.
The venue has DJ booth and live music capabilities which are available for use during hires.
All food and drink must be purchased from Lower Deck for external hires.
If you do wish to use an external caterer, please flag this on your enquiry so that we can work out how to facilitate this in the venue.
There is a corkage fee of £250 per hour for external catering.
