Advice at Medway
The Medway Advice Service is here to provide free, confidential and impartial advice to all University of Greenwich and University of Kent students studying at the Medway Campus.
Our aim is to empower and provide you with quality advice so that you can make an informed decision. We are independent of the universities and are your Students' Union presence on the Medway Campus.
We have an Advice Service Privacy Notice that students can read and we are members of Advice UK.
Advice we offer
Advice is offered on a range of topics, including academic, finance, student funding, and housing.
If you require immigration advice, University of Kent students should contact the Kent Union Advice Centre and University of Greenwich students their International Student Advice Service.
We encourage students to read through our internet content first, before contacting us, as you may find your answers on our pages.
UPDATE: Industrial Action
From 1st December – 3rd December 2021, University staff across the UK who are members of UCU will be taking strike action over 3 days.
The University and College Union (UCU) represents over 110,000 academics, lecturers, trainers, instructors, researchers, managers, administrators, computer staff, librarians, and postgraduates in universities, colleges, prisons, adult education, and training organisations across the UK.
On Tuesday 16th November 2021, it was announced that UCU voted in favour of strike action.
