Dr Kenisha Linton is a Senior Lecturer in the Department of Human Resources and Organisational Behaviour. Before joining the University of Greenwich in 2016, Kenisha obtained her PhD in Management at Royal Holloway, University of London; her doctoral thesis examined the topic of equality, diversity and inclusion in the Metropolitan Police Service. Since becoming a member of the Business School, Kenisha has also been nominated and shortlisted as part of the Student Led Teaching Awards. Kenisha’s work has also led her to present at several conferences across the world, from Reykjavik, Iceland to Atlanta, Georgia.
