Who are we?

Welcome to Discord Society (DSOC)!

The first online-only society run by students who have never met each other in person.

 

Who are we?

There are hundreds of societies at the university. What makes us different? In 2021, a group of students joined Discord, where they interacted with each other, played games, or just talked whenever they wanted, just because they could. A year later, a few of them wanted to expand this group and welcome every student, which led us to create DSOC.

 

What do we have?

A chill and organised student-led server. We'll be hosting game nights, movie nights, and more for those who want to join for the fun. We'll also have workshops, ask-me-anything sessions, and a category dedicated to resources for those who want to focus more on studies and improving their professional life along with their social life. 

 

What do we not have?
