The Women In STEM (WIS) society is a collective of students identifying as women and non-binary currently in degrees relating to Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics known as STEM.
The group shares ambitions, interests, and careers; coming together to combat the challenges faced by women in STEM fields. Our members share and explore concepts relating to a wide range of subjects and collaborate on ideas.
We host weekly study groups to build a support network for students in all years of education, among other events aimed to empower our members and others within the University.
