Welcome to the Desi Society!

We are a group of students who are passionate about celebrating and promoting the many different traditions and customs of the South Asian region. Our goal is to create a fun and welcoming community where everyone can come together to share their experiences, learn new things, create a sense of home away from home and have a good time.

Throughout the year, we will be organizing a variety of events and activities that are designed to showcase the different cultures of the South Asian subcontinent. From cultural festivals and guest lectures to game nights and potluck dinners, there will be something for everyone.

We will also be focusing on raising awareness and promoting the cultural heritage of the region, as well as giving back to the community by organizing charity events.

But most importantly, we're all about making new friends and having fun! So whether you're a student of South Asian descent or just curious about the region, we'd love for you to join us and become a part of our community.
