Favourite Varsity Moment/ Memory:

Having a large crowd of Greenwich student supporters cheering us on at last years Varsity was a great experience.

What is the best thing about being part of Team Greenwich?

Being part of Team Greenwich is the best way to have a fully intergrated and immersive university experience.

Favourite sporting moment at University?

Our game versus the previous year LUSL Volleyball champions Middlesex is my favorite sports moment so far. We we're down 0-2 in sets and in the 3rd set it went all the way to 24-24, but through determination, teamwork and never giving up we managed to close out that set 26-24. Then we carried on the momentum and we had a big comeback to secure the win 3-2.

 Would you recommend students join a sports team or student group at University?
I would recommend every student to take part in either a sports team or student group if they have the time. Most of my social experience at university has come directly through the friends I have made playing for the Greenwich Volleyball club. The practices and socials for Volleyball team is what I look forward to the most throughout the week and I think if I hadn't joined any team or club my university experience would have been a lot more dull. So join up!
