This workshop will take you through tips for reducing your exam anxiety in a relaxed, no-pressure environement. Led by one of our staff members who suffered with significant exam anxiety during her own degree, these sessions will give you a range of ideas to try yourself, and offer a space to ask any questions you may have.
This can also relate to deadline anxiety, so if you are feeling anxious about University work in general feel free to come along.
