One Uni, 22 000 voices - Vote Tereza so yours is heard
Hello everyone, my name is Tereza, and I am in my second year of Languages and International Relations. I work as a Library and IT assistant in the library and I am the President of the Czech&Slovak Society. After almost two years in the pandemic, I would like to work on how to get us back to more offline activities. But there’s more!
New normal: Back to offline
I would love to have more live memories from university than from Instagram, so my offline campaign would commence with the following:
- GSU lunches – Come to Dreadnought to have lunch with your GSU officer to tell them what issues you face
- New GSU magazine – A brand new printed media material accessible to every student at all campuses
- One newsletter weekly with all activities in one place – To reduce our time online so we have more time to connect in person
International students:
I am proud to be an international student at Greenwich, which means I want to support other international students as well:
- Cultural societies invitations – So you can connect with people from your homeland
- Basic info in your language – Get your basic information about studying and accommodation in your native language as I would like you all to receive translated information on the uni’s websites
- Support in languages you study at Greenwich – Go beyond what you study in classes in a newly established Language Centre so you can get your skills and CV boosted
Assignments on campus:
- More help from librarians – Concrete workshops on how to succeed at handwritten exams
- Tips from former students – 1-2-1 sessions possible for every module with Alumni/older students
- Improved personal tutorials system – personal tutorials included in students’ timetables so no one misses their chance of support

Thank you for every single one of your votes.
