WHO AM I? 
Hello, my name is Adesh but some of you may know me as Ibrahim. I'm the current president of the Islamic Society and a 3rd year Computer Science student. I've worked on multiple campaigns and events such as Charity Week, raising money for the less fortunate, Mental health events, social gathering and many more.
WHAT WILL I DO AS A GSU OFFICER? 
Student Support Programme (SSP): 
- Mental health workshop to help each individual rather than generalising everyone
- Career development support with the university and local organisations
- Increased support for international students
- Interpersonal and transferable skills development workshop
- Increased support for students who are discriminated against
Society Development Programme (SDP): 
- Increase funding for each society
- More space availability for sports and society to organise events
- Promote collaboration between societies and some friendly competitions
- Acknowledging and promoting achievements
These are just some of the points of the programmes, I'll share more details on my social media. In addition to this, I have received multiple feedback, from people who wants change:
- Prayer room improvement on all 3 campus (I see you Medway) with washing up facilities
- Facilitating religious people to practice their faith without the cost of their education
- Fighting for lower tuition fee for both students affected by the pandemic and a long-term solution to make studies more affordable at Greenwich.
