Strong Student Representation & Voice

  • Ensure student feedback is consistently gathered, clearly communicated, and effectively represented at university committees and decision making forums.
  • Strengthen collaboration between course representatives, societies, and the Students’ Union to reflect the full diversity of student experiences.
  • Improve transparency by clearly communicating how student concerns are raised, reviewed, and acted upon by the Union and the University.

Wellbeing, Inclusion & Student Support

  • Work with the University to improve the visibility, clarity, and accessibility of wellbeing and support services across all campuses.
  • Champion equality, inclusion, and liberation by supporting under-represented student groups and ensuring their voices directly inform Union priorities.
  • Promote a safe, respectful, and welcoming campus culture through clear safeguarding processes and accessible reporting mechanisms.

Community, Engagement & Campus Experience

  • Support societies, campaigns, and student-led initiatives that build belonging, connection, and community across campuses.
