The student's choice, with my voice.

I, Monica Rudhra, am a student representative for the MBA, International Business Management. Assisting my fellow students was a responsibility that kept me motivated all day. As I'm a social person, getting to meet students in person and engaging with them helped me expand my social circle and sharpen my communication skills because the students came from a variety of backgrounds and races. I believe that, as a result of this experience, I am an enthusiastic individual with the qualifications to defend GSU officers during my tenure. I have implemented some of the changes after being chosen as a student representative, and I have noticed changes in the class therefore if chosen, I will implement these changes as well.

Student engagemet activities/ Entertainment:

Sports Tournments - Commuting students who are good at sports to participate and win tournament with fellow universities.

Academic Support:

Information Hub - Ensuring that every student recieves information, help them by building a hub in the Student Union.

A Student Suggestion Box - Not everything can be solved by the end of the day, so students can drop all the help they need and I'll help them solve over time.

Communication Issues - Sustainable options in building a better medium between the students and mentor.

Careers Support:

Job center - Ensuring students find a placement by the end of their term by increasing the networking events.

Campus Support:

Food Pricing and Timings - Increasing the timings of lunch hours and decreasing the pricing.

Transport Facilities - More regular services and cheaper prices for Medway campus.

Financial and Health Support:

Fees enhancement - Working with finance team in enchancing the installements options.

Mental Health support - Making sure that there is a safer space in campus.

Hope you find it interesting and, you will find me on campus from 4th of March to 6th of March.

Kind Regards,

Monica Rudhra
