A grounding, mindfully paced practice to 'stretch and reset'. A Flow inspired class open to all levels, aiming to help you build a connection between breath and movement through a creative sequence. Options will be offered for slightly challenging poses as well as plenty of opportunities to take rest and follow your own rhythm.
Make sure you bring your own towel or mat and bottle of water.
