The European Affairs Society at University of Greenwich is a student-led community that brings together EU students, UK students, and international students with an interest in European politics, diplomacy, policy, and current affairs. The society provides a space for members to grow their knowledge of European affairs, engage in meaningful discussion, and build professional and academic networks with students and institutions across the UK.

As part of the European Affairs Societies Network (EASN), a network formed by the Delegation of the European Union to the United Kingdom, the society regularly collaborates with other university European affairs societies and attends external policy and networking events.

Regular Activities Include

Monthly debates on European and international political issues

Guest speaker events with diplomats, academics, policymakers, and professionals

Panel discussions on current European affairs topics

Networking events with other universities and partner organisations

Attendance at events hosted by the EU Delegation to the UK and related institutions

Social and academic gatherings aimed at fostering cross-cultural exchange and discussion
