The Bangladeshi Society Medway (Medway BSoc) is a vibrant student-led community at the University of Greenwich Medway Campus that celebrates Bangladeshi culture, heritage, and unity. Our society aims to bring together students of Bangladeshi background — as well as anyone interested in learning about Bangladesh — through cultural, social, and educational events.
From traditional celebrations like Pohela Boishakh and International Mother Language Day to charity fundraisers, games nights, and cultural showcases, we strive to create a welcoming environment where everyone feels at home. The society also promotes cross-cultural understanding and collaboration with other student groups across Medway campuses.
Whether you’re looking to connect with your roots, make new friends, or simply experience the rich culture of Bangladesh, Medway BSoc offers a supportive and lively community for all.
