Mind Society are a community dedicated to improving low mood and wellbeing, as well as creating a safe place to talk about mental health. We are passionate about opening up the conversation surrounding mental health, offering mutual support and defeating the stigma once and for all - whilst having a hell of a lot of fun!

Come along and find out more about us. We have mugs for you to decorate, tea, coffee and biscuits (all for free!), you can stay for 5 minutes or an hour and there are no obligations, just a fun safe environment for you to enjoy the event on your terms.

If you have any anxieties or worries feel free to contact us - no question is silly! We can help give directions to the room, meet you beforehand so you don't have to come in alone - whatever you need we will do our best to help.
