We'll have food, music and some activities for you to chat and work on together. Let's Talk Exams, visit our stall in the Drill Hall Library for a quick recharge during exams.

Pop in and speak informally to the Medway Student Union Advice Service regarding any matter’s exam related. We can guide you in areas like extenuating circumstances, assessment misconduct, and wellbeing support available.

We’ve also got you covered with freebies to help you get through your exams!

The advice service at The Hub is available to University of Greenwich and University of Kent students. Christ Church students can access help and support here.

Join us for a free online workshop to learn about the Extenuating Circumstances (EC) policy and process, including when to submit a claim, required evidence, deadlines, and how to avoid common mistakes.

ALL students are welcome but must sign up using our online form by clicking here.

Please note this workshop will take place on Microsoft Teams, online. After you have filled out the form you will receive an email confirmation. You will then get an email with the link to the Teams meeting 24 hours before the event.

Free dinners, delivered in partnership with the University of Greenwich.

This project aims to support students who are currently struggling with the cost of living across the three campuses.

Please book your tickets for the timeslot you want.

These meals are free and tickets are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Please do not book a ticket if you do not plan to attend – tickets are limited, and unused tickets will take meals away from other students who may need them. If you continue to book tickets and not show up we may need to restrict your ability to get tickets to future community meals.

Join our Advice Service in a safe space to rest, recieve advice and reflect on your exam preparation. We will have a stall with snacks, freebies as well as have our expert team on hand to provide exam advice around EC’s, self-certification and Reasonable adjustments. There will also be prompts encouraging students to reflect on their exam preparation and University teams including the Wellbeing Team will be around to offer additional support.

This is a free event open to ALL students. Just stop by.
