Pilates is a method of exercise that consists of low-impact flexibility and muscular strength and endurance movements. Pilates emphasizes proper postural alignment, core strength and muscle balance.

With this class you will work your full body with a varity of low impact movements, pilates is a great way to wind down and relax. 

So come along to our Pilates class happening in the Mezzanine, free for all students and staff.
