High-Intensity Interval Training is a form of training that focuses on building LEAN muscle and to BURN maximum calories! With the mixture of resistance work and cardio, H. I. I. T will ensure that you feel the benefits of the session not just during but for up to 48hrs after.
Make sure you secure a ticket and a Zoom code will be sent to you.
Ensure you have water close by and a towel or mat will be helpful too.
Tickets come off sale 24 hours before the activity to allow for details to be coordianted. If you can no longer secure a ticket but would like to be involved in the session please email D.J.Lee@greenwich.ac.uk and we will do our best to facilitate.
