A session to help manage your thoughts, feelings and mental health.

Mindfulness exercises are ways of paying attention to the present moment, using techniques like meditation, breathing, and yoga. 

Mindfulness can be useful for people from all different walks of life and the number of areas that mindfulness is being applied to is growing.

Greenwich Students’ Union will be taking photos at the event. These images will be used by Greenwich Students’ Union to share news about this event and promote its future activities. We may also share the images with the University of Greenwich.
